Anonymous sent: ok so i LOVE LOVE LOVE your blog and everything you are trying to do, and i have an idea. Maybe you could like get all people who ship larry to make a video like a big one and like each say something on it, or one of thoose videos where its like a bug message and like everyone says a word or something. Or in the video just show our support, and somehow get it to management. Because i think if Larry came out, it would fuel alot and make other people okay with coming out too. JUst an idea. xxxxxxx

Hello! We’ve had this idea, but it wouldn’t be best for now. But thank you for suggesting!

Anonymous sent: How many followers do you have? And how much followers do you think you'll need until we should trend #loveisequal? I think this is an awesome idea btw. :) xx

Right now, we’ve got 195 followers, and we think we need more than 10,000 to trend it, and thank you!

To the last anon. please come off anon and I would love to discuss this with you in more detail! <3

Okay so I have yet to put my input in on this blog - which I feel I should considering I’m one of the two who made it - proudtobeforeveryoung being the other.

So I don’t want this blog to be about Larry - but it derived from the massive fanabase of Larry.

I was never a directioner before - I didn’t even have a tumblr until last month - and yet when I came on here I was amazed at the amount of people who were so encouraging and passionate about gay rights. A lot of people tell me that the directioners who ‘ship’ aren’t really supporting gay marriage and rights but they’re wrong - this ‘shipping’ has opened the eyes of hundreds of thousands.

So we want to take it to the next level - we want to try and gather all those who fully support gay rights on this blog - and once we have reached a certain degree of support we want to have ‘#loveisequal’ trending.

My best friend is gay - and to have to watch him be bullied even before he himself knew he was gay was heartbreaking. It’s disgusting how even young children can be homophobic due to how they are raised.
I’m sick of living in a world where gay rights even have to be fought for - they shouldn’t even be ‘gay’ rights - its human rights and as far as I’m concerned their human, regardless of sexual orientation.
I’ve made some changes to the blog, because I really don’t want it to be about Larry, this is no longer about management, no longer about one direction, no longer about ‘shipping’ - this is about bringing together as many people as we can to show our support for equal rights. That is what I want this blog to do.
Thank you (:

lourryinlove sent: The bandana was my idea, but I see why it wouldn't work, now. By the way, you have all my support and I will be spreading the word. :)

Thank you so much! <3

give-larry-a-chance sent: whatever the final idea is, i'm totally on board. love IS equal. it's not a political, religious, or social statement. it's personal. to each their own. it's 2012 for cripes sake. i love the ideas, and I appreciate your caution in how it affects the boys too. you're very rational and not insanely extreme. you have my support =)

what I need right now is followers! please tell all your friend to follow  this blog! for a twitter trend to trend as the first trend for in infinite about of time we need at least 10000 people behind us! so best thing to do is just ask your friend and their friend to follow the blog. spread the word! <3

Anonymous sent: What if we got tons of people to take a picture of themselves with a piece of paper saying "I support Larry Stylinson" and put it into a video? Maybe it's a stupid idea but I'm just throwing in there :)

That IS a good idea, but right now…. It wouldn’t be the best

Anonymous sent: Why not outright LGBT? You don't have to dress yourself in a rainbow flag or something; a lot of LGBT support shirts/pins/whatever are quite subtle, like some of the ones shop(.)hrc(.)org has (the "all love is equal" or "love conquers hate" T-shirts or the "equality" wristband, for example). Thing is, I really doubt you could get enough people who are going to the same concert to wear the same thing for the boys to notice; but someone wearing an equality T-shirt in the front row? Yeah.

Honestly cause management will get very pissed off. this needs to be subtle enough so that management doesn’t catch on. <3

Anonymous sent: But the bandana idea requires letting Harry know about it, which would put him/him and Louis on the spot (plus, for all we know mgmt might check his DMs). I still think regular gay rights/equality T-shirts or pins would be better.

The thing is that we don’t want them knowing about this in advance, and it certainly can’t be outright LGBT. If enough people show up in a certain color they will realize something is up. maybe pink because that was originally the LGBT symbol (a pink triangle)? <3

Anonymous sent: you could do a certain color of bandana instead of the initials HL. it'll be for subtle that way

ok what color do you suggest? <3
